Refund policy
At innovo+, we strive to provide an exceptional online shopping experience for our valued customers. We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee per item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (like new, with no visible signs of wear or damage), with all included parts, accessories and tags, and packaged in its original shipping box. innovo+ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.
Returning a Product
- Please contact our customer support team at hello@innovo.plus to initiate a return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once you receive your RMA number, you can download the return form here. Follow the instructions provided on the return form to prepare your order for shipment.
- Ship your order with the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the return to ensure its safe and timely arrival. Returns must be received in our warehouse no later than 45 days after the date of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on our products. The quickest way to receive the item you desire is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
