Our products are manufactured in Indiana, USA.

All innovo+ products can be purchased directly through our website. Please note that we do not offer our products through any third-party sellers at this time.

ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. All orders with in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days and generally take 3-7 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include carrier information and tracking number(s) which you can use to track the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

Shipping

We currently offer ground shipping within the contiguous US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally at this time, although we hope to be available there soon!

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous US!

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee per item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (like new, with no visible signs of wear or damage), with all included parts, accessories and tags, and packaged in its original shipping box. innovo+ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

A 20% restocking fee per item will be deducted from the return amount.

Do to the size and nature of our products, we require that all products be returned with its original packaging and must include all pieces. Any returns made without original packaging cannot be processed.

Please contact our customer support team at hello@innovo.plus to initiate a return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
