SHIPPING &RETURN POLICY
At innovo+, we strive to provide an exceptional online shopping experience for our valued customers. We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping and return policy outlined below.
SHIPPING:
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders placed within the contiguous US. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations at this time. Additionally, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
All orders with in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days and generally take 3-7 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that the Challenger set ships in two boxes. Due to the large size of one of the boxes, they may be delivered separately. We kindly ask customers to allow an additional 1-3 business days to receive both boxes.

RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee per item. The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping carrier that provides tracking information. Please be aware that innovo+ is not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (like new, with no visible signs of wear or damage), with all included parts, accessories and tags, and packaged in its original shipping box. innovo+ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.
Initiating a Return
- Contact our customer support team at hello@innovo.plus to start the return process. Upon approval, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Once you receive your RMA number, print and fill out the included return form in full and place it inside your package. You can download the return form here. Items returned without the return form will not be accepted.
- Ship your order with the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the return to ensure its safe and timely arrival. Returns must be received in our warehouse no later than 45 days after the date of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on our products. The quickest way to receive the item you desire is to return the original item. Once the return has been processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. It may take some additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, based on your financial institution’s processing time.
